The Pink Canoe Bait Co. came into existence due to bait shortage during the 2018-19 ice fishing season. We couldn't find wax worms/spikes anywhere in northern Indiana. So between the bait shortage and the want for a bait that didn't need constant rebaiting I created the Glow Waxie.

The current Glow Waxie is a well tested and polished edition of the original. Since then there has been several jig designs added to the Pink Canoe line up. Each bait is designed to be fished bait less, but they all can be fished with bait.  I have not used bait since this jig came off the vise. 

All these jigs are tungsten weighted, every jig is hand tied one at a time. 

I do my best to always be available to answer any questions and make sure orders get out quickly. I do however have a full time job where I work a swing shift. 4 shifts on days, 4 days off, 4 shifts on night shift, 4 days off.  

Due to that schedule there are times that I'm either working or sleeping.
